Solution by Microsoft here
or you could try replacing “CdRom0\I386″ to “d:\I386″
The latter worked for me. Cheers!
p/s: The effing window would popup near a hundred times throughout the installation process, so I recommend utilizing Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V
